The Sakala Resort Bali All Suites CHSE Certified

I've never been to a better resort. I must admit that when Mr. Evan, the front desk agent, greeted me, I was both amazed and grateful. My wife and I just had some negative experiences in Nusa Penida. But what made us even pleased was Mr. Evan's offer of a welcome drink as soon as we got to the resort. The thing that most surprised me was that Mr. Evan gave us free afternoon tea and free Balinese SPA services at the resort. Additionally, as we had a flight at 6 o'clock, we asked to extend our check-out time to 3 o'clock instead of the original 12 o'clock. Guess what, Mr. Evan let us to stay until 3pm without charging us. Even after we checked out, Mr. Evan stopped by the hotel lobby to say goodbye and give us a gift. There is no doubt that staying at this resort was wonderful. I would most definitely recommend it to others, and I'll be back. I hope the resort can maintain its excellent level of service and even get better in the future.

The resort is in a tranquil and serene setting with exceptional service and great dining options. It is not in the hustle and bustle of town and this gives the feeling of escape, and also great for families and kids who need some peace and quiet. The moment we arrived the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and settled in. The service from staff was warm and efficient, their hospitality and dedication to service was top level. The breakfast at the resort was another highlight of our stay. Each morning we were treated to an array of mouth-watering dishes, from traditional Balinese cuisine to the more familiar Western options. From curry to awesome fruits, delicious pastries and great coffees it was a great start to the day and the culinary team outperformed themselves every day we were there.

We had the 2 bedroom suite which was extremely spacious and gave our family plenty of room to enjoy the 4 nights we spent there. Breakfast was varied and staff were very helpful and friendly. Gita and all the staff did a great job. Demmy helped us with our excursions which made it all easy and enjoyable.

the rooms were pretty spacious and the whole property was well maintained and managed from the lobby to the beach club and restaurant's everything was exceptional. i was really pampered on my holiday. With complimentary late check out and spa that was provided for me and my wife. The guest relations manager Mr. Demmy is really doing a great job in handling the guests. will definitely come back here. Perfect place for people who like calm and not so busy atmosphere and want to spend time with family as the rooms are actually a suite sized room with even cooking utensils. the staff is super friendly too and everyone take care of you on every single detail you request for. they even surprised us on her birthdays with a cake which was very sweet and flowers on our bed as good bye gesture. also the rooms and the hotel are as shown on in the photos.
